a. Standard Concierge Services

b. Premium & Custom-Tailored Services
Includes private travel arrangements, luxury experiences, high-security logistics, VIP events, and other bespoke services.
3. Cancellation Policy
a. Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Standard Services:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative or third-party costs. - Premium & Custom Services:
Due to the complexity and advance coordination required, no cancellations are accepted once a premium or custom-tailored service is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Third-Party Services:
Cancellation terms depend on the third-party provider’s policy. Any associated fees or penalties will be deducted from potential refunds.
b. Bizovault-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety issues, provider failure, or legal restrictions), we will:
- Offer a full refund, or
- Provide alternative service options of equal value
We will not be liable for any additional costs or indirect losses beyond the amount paid.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
- All refund requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed.
- Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
- Payments made via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) will be refunded according to their processing timelines.
Non-refundable items include:
- Booking fees and deposits for custom or luxury services
- Third-party provider penalties or cancellation fees
- Administrative and processing charges
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend or use a confirmed service without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Modification of Bookings
Requests to modify an existing booking (e.g., date change or substitution) are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to deny modifications based on provider restrictions or timing.
